The challenge
Broad AI capabilities needed to become relevant to the specific information needs, responsibilities and day-to-day workflows of senior global and regional executives.
My role & scope
I supported solutioning and preparation for 36 tailored Microsoft 365 Copilot executive sessions across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK and the US. I prepared materials; I did not personally present all of these sessions.
My approach

I analysed role-specific needs to identify where executive briefings, inbox triage and decision support could fit existing work.
02 / Shape a useful task
I developed use cases and prompt frameworks that connected Copilot capabilities with a clear purpose and relevant context.
03 / Make the next step practical
I prepared solutioning materials and tailored handouts so each session had concrete examples to explore.

What the work supported
